SMALL CLASSES
Our classes are limited to 2-6 people per class so you get the full benefits of each session. We focus on adjusting exercises to suit each individual for a personalised training experience.

We train at the most scenic Bondi Beach locations- rain, hail or shine. Morning sessions are held in South Bondi, at the end of the concrete pathway. Evening sessions are at Ben Buckler Point in North Bondi.
fast results
For best results we recommend training at least five times per week. You will quickly see the benefits such as improved tone and increased flexibility. Resistance training is great for creating a lean body and developing strength and balance.

If booking a class in private studio there is an additional travel and studio rent fee.
